I never get tired of hearing stories of how God’s word transforms people’s lives! Biblical Counseling is like a front row seat to watching God do what he does through the power of His Word and Spirit! And what continues to amaze me is that God uses people like you and me as his workers in this ministry of discipleship! Like the four men who brought their paralyzed friend to the feet of Jesus (Mark 2:1-12), we know that ‘something good is gonna happen’ when we bring others into our Lord’s presence through sharing His word with them!
We are convinced that every believer has the God-given calling and privilege of making disciples (Matt. 28:19-20). But often, we neglect this wonderful calling to share God’s word with others because we don’t know how to do it, what to say, or when to say it! That’s where this Biblical Counseling Training comes in!
Join us this Spring for our second annual ACBC conference training! We are excited to be hosting Tracks 1 and 2 this year. Track 1 is designed for any follower of Jesus who wants to grow in their ability to make disciples! If you’re ready to take a next step in being equipped as a disciple maker, prayerfully consider taking this training! For those of you who attended the conference last year (or who have been through Track 1 before elsewhere), we are excited to announce that we’re also offering Track 2 at our regional location! Perhaps after going through track 1 you’ve begun to minister the word to others but you still find yourself needing more help! Would you consider taking Track 2? This intermediate training builds off of many of the foundational principles you learned in track one but deals with them in a more specific and detailed way.
Also, one final thought! If you’ve already been blessed by ACBC training, would you consider inviting a friend to join you this year? If you’ve seen the evidence of God’s grace in your life through this training, why not pass it on to someone else? That is discipleship after all :)!
