A partnership for the body of Christ

Join Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries as we partner with like-minded ministries and organizations at our annual Biblical Counseling Training Conference, February 7–12, 2027, in Lafayette, Indiana.

This conference brings together individuals from across the United States and around the world who are eager to grow in their understanding and practice of biblical counseling and discipleship.

As an exhibitor, you'll play a vital role in supporting and encouraging over 1,500 attendees — providing trusted tools, resources, and connections that strengthen their ministry. Together, we'll seek to equip and serve the body of Christ, fostering growth, faithfulness, and compassion in the work of counseling and discipleship.

Step 1 — Register

Preconference & BCTC Registrations

We'd love to have you join us for the 2027 Preconference — Gospel Treason, with Brad Bigney. This is a separate, one-day event held Saturday, February 6, 2027, at Faith Church, 5526 St. Rt. 26 East, Lafayette, Indiana. Please note that all exhibitors must register and pay for the preconference. Exhibiting will not take place during the preconference.

The BCTC begins Sunday evening, February 7, 2027 at the same location and runs through Friday morning, February 12. We ask that exhibitors man their booths throughout each day of the conference. If you bring staff who plan to attend the main conference, please contact Jen for a special exhibitor rate. Any conference registration can access the recorded videos of the specific track for 90 days.

The booth fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tear-down is prohibited until Thursday evening at the earliest. All exhibitors must be moved out by Friday, 12:30pm.

Travel, food & lodging

  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own travel, food, lodging, and all associated expenses.
  • On-site catered lunches are available Monday through Thursday for purchase. To order, contact Jen Clarke at 765-448-1555, ext. 1114. Deadline: January 22, 2027.

Exhibitor guidelines

What's included with your booth fee

One 8′ table, two chairs, and access to one electrical outlet — available Sunday through Friday.

Shipping

Shipping of exhibit items must be pre-approved by FBCM. Storage space prior to the conference is limited. We strongly recommend bringing boxes and display cases in-hand by the organization's representative(s).

Check-in

Check in at the Welcome Center, located inside the main entrance to the Faith Church building at 5526 St. Rt. 26 East, Lafayette, Indiana. A staff member will hand off your name tags and exhibit table location.

Booth locations

FBCM will assign exhibitor spaces in either the Faith Church building or the Faith East Community Center, making every effort to accommodate preferences. We aim for the best possible placement given conference traffic flow, supplies, and equipment. FBCM reserves the right to alter exhibitor locations as needed.

Booth space & table

Each exhibitor space is 8′ wide. All displays must fit within this area. Display banners cannot extend beyond the 8′ width — place them in front of the table, behind it, or on top. Displays that don't fit may not be used.

An 8′ table is provided. Please bring your own table covering. Items stored under the table require a table skirt or floor-length tablecloth. No items (boxes, supplies, etc.) may be stored next to or in front of displays.

Gifts & complimentary items

Exhibitors may offer gifts or complimentary items for the benefit of attendees — please notify FBCM of your intent.

Sales

Exhibitors may sell items not already carried by the Faith Resources bookstore (on-site). Please confirm any items you intend to sell by checking the Faith Resources Store first.

Tear-down

To preserve the exhibit areas for all partners and the safety of attendees, tear-down is prohibited until Thursday evening at the earliest, after the final event. Dismantling earlier is disruptive to the conference experience. All exhibitors must be moved out by Friday, 12:30pm.

Other things you should know
  • Audio levels must be kept reasonable as a courtesy to other exhibitors and attendees.
  • Nothing may be fastened or adhered to walls — in either the church building or the community center.
  • FBCM may decline or prohibit any display, or portion thereof, that is not in keeping with the mission of the conference.
  • FBCM reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any display.
  • FBCM may enforce any portion of these guidelines to ensure the success of exhibitors and the safety of attendees.
  • FBCM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles or materials.
